先是閥門粘結(jié)磨損產(chǎn)生磨粒,此磨粒硬度強度都較基體金屬高,被壓入軟面而劃傷硬面,同時,硬磨粒在軟面內(nèi)被硬面凸峰推擠而有移動從而犁傷軟面。在磨擦面分開后,磨?？赡芘懦?但也可能仍然存在于軟面上再次磨擦時又將劃傷硬面并在軟面上犁出更深更長的深溝,直硬粒前方的軟面抵抗不住硬粒的移動力而被剪切,軟面上形成了條狀溝槽,硬面上形成了劃傷痕跡。
