打開氣源，氣動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)動作使活塞推動閥桿下移，由于楔形塊的作用，產(chǎn)生兩個水平方向力，將左右密封盤壓向密封座，迫使密封盤和密封座壓緊密合，達(dá)到密封效果。

打開氣源，氣動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)動作使活塞推動閥桿上移，使活動連接機構(gòu)克服楔形塊與漲塊之間的摩擦力，又加上各機件之間大間隙配合，會使?jié)q塊下垂，密封盤向內(nèi)收縮而脫離閥座密封面，閥門開啟迅速、省力、無卡阻現(xiàn)象，達(dá)到閥門全開狀態(tài)。

5.為了確保密封盤和密封座的接觸可靠，閥體內(nèi)設(shè)有準(zhǔn)確的導(dǎo)向板，把閥芯限制在閥體內(nèi)部供啟閉用的運動范圍內(nèi)，保證密封面相應(yīng)對準(zhǔn)，保持平穩(wěn)快速開啟和關(guān)閉。
