1、將減壓閥下游閥門關(guān)閉。找到調(diào)節(jié)壓力的地方,沿順時(shí)針方向緩慢旋轉(zhuǎn),出口壓力逐漸變大,逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)出口壓力變小。在調(diào)到需要的壓力值后,即可把下游閥門打開。
1. Close the downstream valve of the pressure reducing valve. Find the place to adjust the pressure and slowly rotate clockwise to gradually increase the outlet pressure. When rotating counterclockwise, the outlet pressure decreases. After adjusting to the required pressure value, the downstream valve can be opened.
2、關(guān)閉減壓閥前的閘閥后,需要開啟減壓閥后的閘閥,達(dá)到制造下游低壓環(huán)境的目的。將調(diào)節(jié)螺釘逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)上位置(相對(duì)低出口壓力),后關(guān)閉減壓閥后閘閥。緩慢開啟減壓閥前的閘閥直到全開。
2. After closing the gate valve in front of the pressure reducing valve, it is necessary to open the gate valve behind the pressure reducing valve to create a downstream low-pressure environment. Turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise to the upper position (relatively low outlet pressure), and then close the pressure reducing valve and gate valve. Slowly open the gate valve in front of the pressure reducing valve until it is fully open.
3、順時(shí)針慢慢旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)螺釘,將出口壓力調(diào)所需要的壓力。調(diào)整好后,將螺母鎖緊,打開減壓閥后閘閥。由于減壓閥的工作原理設(shè)定,如在調(diào)整時(shí)出口壓力高于設(shè)定壓力,須從步開始重新調(diào)整,即只能從低壓向高壓調(diào)。
3. Slowly rotate the adjustment screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the desired pressure. After adjustment, tighten the nut and open the pressure reducing valve and gate valve. Due to the working principle setting of the pressure reducing valve, if the outlet pressure is higher than the set pressure during adjustment, it must be readjusted from the first step, that is, it can only be adjusted from low pressure to high pressure.
4、在設(shè)定機(jī)械泵的驅(qū)動(dòng)壓力時(shí),正確的方法是使驅(qū)動(dòng)壓力高于背壓標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這個(gè)原則適應(yīng)于大多數(shù)情況。但有時(shí)為了達(dá)到機(jī)械泵的要求排量,需要將驅(qū)動(dòng)壓力設(shè)定得較高一些。驅(qū)動(dòng)壓力高時(shí),不利的一面是容易對(duì)進(jìn)氣閥造成磨損。如果驅(qū)動(dòng)壓力高于要求值的情況下,會(huì)對(duì)進(jìn)氣閥造成嚴(yán)重的磨損而必須提前更換進(jìn)氣閥。
4. The correct method to set the driving pressure of a mechanical pump is to make the driving pressure higher than the back pressure standard, which is suitable for most situations. But sometimes in order to achieve the required displacement of the mechanical pump, it is necessary to set the driving pressure higher. When the driving pressure is high, the downside is that it can easily cause wear on the intake valve. If the driving pressure exceeds the required value, it will cause serious wear on the intake valve and it is necessary to replace the intake valve in advance.
